Bi-metal self-lubricating bearings
Bi-metallic composite bearing material is steel shell backed with low friction and excellent wear resistance bonze powder as bearing layer, the designed oil pockets, grooves and holes are suitable for lubricated application to improve the PV value.
The bearing layers include lead bronze, lead-free bronze and lead-free with solid lubricant for high performance.

The wear resistance metal back with the solid lubricants can continuously provide lubricating source during the bearing operation to achieve the self-lubricating feature.

Metallic self-lubricating bearings with Grooves
Solid lubricants cannot be used in many industrial scenarios. In this case, we can customize graphite-free bronze bearings for customers and help customers design various oil grooves. Under oil lubrication, the oil groove can help the lubricant penetrate the bearing surface, protect the shaft diameter and provide continuous lubrication.
The size can be customized at will, various oil tank designs, and various mainstream copper materials can be selected

Metal-polymer self-lubricating bearings
Two or three layers metal-polymer self-lubricating bearing consists of metal backing with PTFE compounded on the surface. It is lighter and has better mechanical and load performance.
The thicker PTFE layer can improve the installation flexibility and can also match wider designed tolerance range. In addition, the wear resistance and noise absorbing feature is improved while more variable torque range could be fitted.

POM provides good ware resistance, bearing surface carries a pattern of circular indents which should be filled with grease before assembly to keep continously lubrication
